MIC Paya Besar Division with the assistance from PDP University Malaya conducted a 2 day Motivational Camp for PMR and SPM students at SRJK Tamil Bandar Indra Mahkota.

The motivational camp was a great success, we received a tremendous response from the parents. All gave their approval and commitment to MIC for more of such camps to be conducted. Some parents even requested seminar for the parents as well.

1. Network Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Providing high-level technical support and technology direction & guidance on infrastructure design and implementation, technical consultancy and support to Telecom Implementation projects
- Conduct and participate in design reviews and develop complex designs and configurations to various telecom projects with minimal assistance
- Interprets network diagrams and documentation. Prepares understandable engineering drawings, tables, and documentation to standard

- To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock (7x24) to meet customers' Service Level expectations
- To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults
- Conduct root cause analysis on network fault
- To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors
- To articulate well with customer's technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, notification and escalation)

Requirement:

- Degree or diploma in IT related
- Preference given to Degree holder in Electronic or Telecommunications or related discipline.
- Min 3 years' related working experience in telecommunications industry
- Cisco CCNA is a MUST and Cisco CCNP certifications are highly desirable
- Strong hands-on experience in managing WAN networks and Cisco routers.
- Strong technical knowledge in WAN/LAN networking, Telecommunication Products and services (eg. Private Leased line, MPLS, Frame Relay, Broadband and ISDN)
