SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
(Marine / Infrastructure) (1 Position)
- Based in Batu Pahat, Johor
. Degree in Civil Engineering
. Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry
. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage

SITE ENGINEERS (Infrastructure / Highway)
(1 Position)
- Based in Pekan, Pahang
. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
. Minimum of 4 years experience with 2 years experience in site
supervision of sewerage and water pipe works

PLANNING ENGINEER
(Infrastructure / Highway) (1 Position)
- Based in Pekan, Pahang
. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its
equivalent
. Minimum of 3 years experience in the planning of highway / road
projects
. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Project Software or Primavera

ENGINEER (Infrastructure / Highway)
(1 Position) - Based in Pekan, Pahang
. Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or its equivalent
. Minimum of 1 year experience in the planning of highway / road
projects
. Familiarity with Microsoft Project Software or Primavera will be an
added advantage

SITE SUPERVISORS (Infrastructure / Highway)
(2 Positions)
- Based in Pekan, Pahang
. Diploma / Certifi cate in Building Technology or Civil Engineering
. Minimum of 6 years experience preferably with 3 years experience
in site supervision of earthworks, drainage and pavement works
. Those without the relevant qualifi cation but with minimum of 8
years experience in the construction industry or fresh graduates
will also be considered for this position

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR /
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Infrastructure)
(1 Position)
- Based at Head Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology or
Civil Engineering
. Minimum of 5 years / 3 years experience in the construction
industry
. Experience in Infrastructure works will be a defi nite advantage

HR ASSISTANT (1 Position)
- Based at Head Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Degree / Diploma in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent
. Fresh graduates are preferrable

CHARGEMAN CUM M&E COORDINATOR
(1 position)
- Based at Site Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Possess Certifi cate in relevant fi eld and is registered as Chargeman
minimum Grade A4-2 with relevant authority
. Minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience preferably from
building maintenance and construction industry in a similar
position

TECHNICIAN CUM WIREMEN
- Operation and BAS (1 position)
- Based at Site Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Minimum SPM / MLVK / Certifi cate. Possess Certifi cate in relevant
fi eld and possess PW4 / PW3 Competency Certifi cate with experience
in handling electrical machineries and control equipment
. Minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience in a similar capacity
preferably from building maintenance and construction industry
. Well-versed and experienced in Handling Building Automation
System and ICT

TECHNICIAN - General Maintenance (1 position)
- Based at Site Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Minimum SPM / MLVK / Certifi cate in Building Services. Those
without the said qualifi cations but with 2 years of working
experience will also be considered
. Minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience in a similar capacity
preferably from building maintenance and construction industry

ADMIN ASSISTANT (1 position)
- Based at Site Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Minimum SPM / STPM with Certifi cate in Business Administration
or relevant qualifi cations appropriate to the position from an
accredited college. Those without the relevant qualifi cations
but with a minimum of 3 years working experience will be
considered
. Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Offi ce applications.
Knowledge in Computer Maintenance Management System
software would be an advantage

CLERK (1 Position) - Based at Head Offi ce in Putrajaya
. Minimum SPM or its equivalent
. Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably from building
maintenance industry in a similar position
. Profi cient in computer skills and familiar with MS Offi ce applications,
Basic Accounting and knowledge in Computerised Maintenance
Management System (CMMS) would be an advantage
