Engineering degree in either material science, chemical engineering, chemistry, electronics, electrical, mechanical

Job Description :

*Responsibilities:-
The position involves factory assembly and test support for the PI (Low Voltage Power Management) product family.
This involves sustaining engineering support of existing products as well as support for the factory release of new devices.
Sustaining activities include but are not limited to defining and implementing cost reductions, performing yield / scrap analysis and enhancements,
Managing engineering builds associated with manufacturing moves and BOM qualifications,
Managing documentation updates, performing product characterizations and obtaining other qualification data necessary to qualify product and/or manufacturing changes.
New Product activities include managing engineering lot builds, performing product characterizations,
Managing CAB approvals, managing package qualifications, etc.
The position requires cooperative work with a variety of ON Semiconductor engineering and business personnel globally, including Product, Design, Test, and Quality Engineering as well as Marketing and business management teams.

*Requirements:-
Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
Preferably with 1 – 2 years experience.
Semiconductor assembly and test experience desired. Strong ATE knowledge and test development skills, preferably on Eagle ETS300 and Credence ASL1000 tester platform.
Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office tools required.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
