1. Network Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Providing high-level technical support and technology direction & guidance on infrastructure design and implementation, technical consultancy and support to Telecom Implementation projects
- Conduct and participate in design reviews and develop complex designs and configurations to various telecom projects with minimal assistance
- Interprets network diagrams and documentation. Prepares understandable engineering drawings, tables, and documentation to standard
- Understands and follows Change Management Procedures and Practices
- Issue and co-ordinate design documentation and evaluation of project proposals
- Prepare cost estimates (inclusive of hardware, services, labor, and operations) - Ensure that customers are charged properly and in time for services that are provided or projects that are implemented. - Technical authoring and editing of service enhancements & cookbooks
- Provide technical expertise to develop new service definitions, solutions and processes

Requirement:

- Degree or diploma in IT related
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Exposure and experience in Cisco, ITIL, MPLS and ability to understand network design for implementation
- Knowledge in telecom breadth and/or depth is a MUST
- Certified CCNA is a Must
- Candidate must be comfortable with SHIFT arrangement
- CCNP/CCDP is highly preferred

2. Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

- To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock (7x24) to meet customers' Service Level expectations
- To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults
- Conduct root cause analysis on network fault
- To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors
- To articulate well with customer's technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, notification and escalation)

Requirement:

- Degree or diploma in IT related
- Preference given to Degree holder in Electronic or Telecommunications or related discipline.
- Min 3 years' related working experience in telecommunications industry
- Cisco CCNA is a MUST and Cisco CCNP certifications are highly desirable
- Strong hands-on experience in managing WAN networks and Cisco routers.
- Strong technical knowledge in WAN/LAN networking, Telecommunication Products and services (eg. Private Leased line, MPLS, Frame Relay, Broadband and ISDN)
- Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and VOIP.
- Working knowledge of Network Element Management System (eg. SMARTS, VitalNet and Concord) Knowledge of UNIX and Remedy Ticketing System will be an advantage.
- CCNP is highly preferred
